This full house renovation in Doncaster was completed as a complete refurbishment project, managed end-to-end by Enhanced Building Management under the direction of Scott Savage.
The property was purchased in June as a dated home formerly owned by an elderly resident, and finished in October following a major internal transformation. The aim was to modernise the layout, upgrade all services, and create a desirable, open-plan family home ready for the market.
The result was a high-quality renovation that dramatically improved both the functionality and value of the property. The home sold in under a week after being listed, reflecting the strong demand for well-executed renovation projects in the Doncaster area.

The house purchase was completed only days before work began, and within the first week the property had already been stripped back ready for renovation. Key milestones at this stage included booking in the electrical rewire, boiler installation, and structural alterations such as new beam installation and door frame replacements.
