We recently completed this large detached garage in Rossington, Doncaster, handling all the structural work from the ground up. The project followed a planning application drawn and approved by Enhanced Building Plans, after which we stepped in to carry out the building work.
The client wanted a strong, reliable garage shell with a finished roof, leaving some of the final details to be completed by a family member.
Alongside the new garage, we also carried out some alterations to the existing house, blocking up the old garage door opening and fitting a large UPVC window, preparing the space for a future conversion.
